I am facing pain in penis ( nerve).there is no pain during urine or any other activity. When moving it up to down ways there is a light pain in it/feel heaviness. Erection also there is no pain . Pain is in just the movement of the penis. while doing deep breathing there is pain. what is the problem. mayur 33 yrs male
