I've never had any problem with sex. Recently I've noticed extreme pain in penis when it gets hard . So this has been going on a month or so. Last night t tried to have sex with Partner. Everything leading up to the penetration was good. The instant there was penetration it was excruitation pain through the hesd and the shaft inside. We've never had problems like this before and would like to get back to a normal sex life

Hello Pain in penis could be due to many causes. It would be extremely difficult to answer exactly what cause it may be without an examination.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to see a Urologist or an Andrologist for further help.
