My friend here have not been able to enjoy sex as he has not been able to be fully erect. He smokes 10 cigarettes and drinks 3 days a week. Adding to that he has been watching porn and masterbating almost daily for 5 years now. He has not had penetrative intercourse for 5 years and recently he he tried he had not been able to get fully erect and didnot orgasamed. Kindly help me in figuring out what is wrong with him. And help him be able to enjoy sex again with fully erect penis.
