My penis is very small, about 3-4 inch when erects and the upper layer of my penis doesn't gets back,though i am 20 yrs old boy. When I tries to do so, it pains. I want to get rid of all this problems. Please help me.

it may b phimosis. not all cases need surgery. i need pic private for assement
