Sir.. Inside my penile opening (urethra) have red rashes in both side ( inside the urethral opening ) since 2 week.. I consult a near ufologist, he prescribe some antibiotics. But there is no change. Doctor's who consult these problem will replay me please... I will consult you soon... Thankyou
