Yesterday I used normally soap on my penis in that time some burned felling was occurred so I suddenly wash with water after a night in the morning I saw that a reddish colour in top of the penis I used antibiotic s tablet and yeast control tablet but there is no improvement what can I do I am not understand I am in tension
