I am experiencing a weird infection or rash on the top of my penis after intercourse since 2-3 months. Recently it was very painful as there were multiple rashes and burning sensation throughout the time. I faced difficulty in moving the upper skin of the penis. Please guide me whom should I consult for such infection.
