Totally agree with Dr Sriharsha.T. on a lighter note, female personal hygiene products is a million dollar industry... See the ads on TV.. every second AD is regarding either a health care product, or women's health products (Pet safa, hem pushpa, Dr ortho, indulekha, zalim lotion, sensodyne.. etc etc. )

Just retract the foreskin, wash under a tap or in shower, cover up and you're done. If you have any issues, consult me online Remember the scene from Jumanji, where Jack Black (who's originally a female, Bethany in the movie) pees for the first time using a penis.

Poor hygiene can cause a build-up of smegma, an oily, malodorous, and irritating substance that is known to occur below the foreskin. If smegma builds up, it can cause inflammation to the adjacent skin. This can be uncomfortable and can be a cause balanitis, a condition where the head of the penis becomes red and inflamed. Steps for hygiene. Stay hydrated, good diet n excersise, keep your foreskin clean with gentle cleanser, maintain a healthy weight. Keep your gential hairs trimmed.
