Every time i masterbate i have a weird feeling that feels good at first but then starts hurting the top of my penis. After that it hurts me when i pee. This has been hapenning for over 3 months and im really scared. When i was 8 i got an operation because i couldnt pee because of the skin covering my penis was too tighr or something i dont remember.
