When i not cut penis hairs i feel uncomfortable due to itching. After it i cut my penis hairs then it is growing faster and it becomes hard . how can i permanently remove penis hairs . i am 15 year old

They can be removed by Laser Hair Reduction or else you will have to keep shaving regularly. For the temporary relief of itching you can apply an anti-inflammatory cream but this would only be a temporary solution. Hope this was helpful.
