Penis grand and fore skin is reddish

Dear sir, My penis grand and  fore skin is reddish but no itching and fore skin also thinly. Due to reddish of skin some time skin is some cracks. Every 2 months its repeating . Idon't have BP ,Sugar, no UTI, no Kidney issues, no bladder issues. Kindly suggest permanent solution
