Penis glans lesion and wrinkles

Is there any abnormalities or infection in my penis. I see the penis glans having wrinkles, a thin plastic like but gets better during erection. Also there is redness and black spots and brown lesions near urine hole. Please check the picture. Is this something serious. Does it need any treatment. Please guide me
