Penis getting hard every 5 mins

Penis getting hard every 5 mins since from last 2 days and dere is a burning sensation also at the top of the penis and precum is aldo coming automaticaly from it i don't know whats wrong with this should i consult to a doctor. Please tell me the reason from last 2 days m travelling also nonstop and not getn proper sleep.
