Penis foreskin pulled too far back

I was cleaning my penis while showering and wanted to clean under my foreskin too. I hadn't done this before as I never could get the foreskin to slide back. Eventually I did it but now the foreskin wouldn't go back over the penis head and I can't even walk properly now. Please suggest what to do. Thanks.
