Penis foreskin problem

I'm uncircumcised 25 yeras old male. The problem with my penis foreskin is that when the penis is full erect i can't pull down my forskin but in a normal condition of penis or in semi erectile state i can pull it down easily and comfortably. So can you please suggest how can i solve this problem because it is affecting my sex life.
