My penis foreskin is thick. I can pull my skin completely when it is not erect without pain. But when it is erect I am getting pain if I pull my skin completely. If I apply some lubricant then it's does not pain. Early morning if I pull my skin when my penis is erect it hurts. I am not getting too much pain but it is hurting little. While having sex also it pains if I don't use condom. Frenulum is short and thick. Can you pls suggest any treatment for this
