I'm 21 year old male and I have an uncircumcised penis. On erection my foreskin rolls back easily but only till the head of my penis and not beyond that maybe because of the frenulum and sometimes I have to push it back from the penis head. Is that normal? Or am I having tight foreskin? When it's not erect I can easily roll the foreskin all the way back and forth. Also can I use hair removal cream on my penis shaft, genitals? If yes, which creams would you suggest. Thank you.
