See you have a complaint of short penis length (without giving size) ...so needs examination. 2ndly balls will be oval shape only...what's wrong in it ? You think they are small in size...physical or ultrasound test reveal size properly. 3rd issue of Premature ejaculation is retrainable... Contact & consult.
