I’m 16 and have a problem with my penis. I have armpit hair and hair all over my body including above my penis. However. My penis is around 4.5-5 inches long and around 3.5 cm wide. Around 1.5 cm of my gland gets shown. I was wondering if there was a problem with my development. When I masturbate the liquid is quite clear and not a lot is produced.
