Does not seem to be hypospsdius as prepuce is intact It appears to be Petronies Disease in initial stage

After looking at the picture of erected penis, I feel that there is not a great problem. Such curvatures are known in many makes. If a curvature causes difficulty in penetrating during sexual intercourse, then it needs treatment. There can be thickening of facia of penis at one spot and can cause such bending. It is known as Peyronie's disease.

Kindly consult a plastic surgeon at your locality to rule out hypospadias and some stricture inthe cavernosa muscle.
