Have found patches on penile skin, slight dark spots over the skin. It happened 3 to 4 years back. Else my sexual performance is all fine. And I'm doing gud in my sex life but now those patches over my penis head make me feel awkward. Patches are not too dark they are slight black in colour and when I open the head of my penis I can easily view them and upon erection the penile skin  becomes pink in color and spots goes slightly lighter. Would want to know the reason and effects of it. And how it can be corrected. Pls suggest.
