My scrotum skin is dry and has began to darken in color. This happed after coming in contact with a towel that i believe had perfume on it. I dont know if that is the exact reason why but i have been given creams that dont work by doctors. No discharge or itching, i only have dry scrotum skin and discoloration. Help! I've never had sex unprotected
