I got hit by a football in my penis a week ago, now when I masturbate right side of my penis hurts when I am about to ejaculate or after several strokes (pain at the base area only, but if I rub the top it does not hurt) . There is no pain in erection and also the pain diminishes after ejaculation. Should I stop masturbating completely? How do I know if it is serious or it will get better only from rest?
