Sir,actually my penile foreskin has retracted only twice till now, but that too with great difficulty about 10 months back and after that too am not able to retract easily.So please help

Unable to retract foreskin is called as phimosis.. You need to consult the Urologist for examination because if it is tight phimosis and is causing problem for sex then you may require surgery for the same
