My problem is just before sexual intercourse (Before penetrating) seamen comes out and soften that organ. I have some neural disorder I.e. Myasthenia Gravis... So, I am using Distinon 60 mg tab twice a day since past 8 years. Please suggest whom to meet for the solution of above..
