1. 4 times a day one minutes each time or 10 push up each time ... Means 4 minutes total in a day or 40 push ups
2. Hold a pencil in your hand stretch your arm keep looking at tip of the pencil now start bringing it closer .. the moment you see blurring or diplopia stop there wait for 5 seconds and then again go back and repeat
3.Ya keep doing pencil push up excercise and send me your prescrition along with vision so that i can evaluate you amblyopia
