Hi Doctor, I had something I wanted to ask you. So this is regarding the penis. There seems to be a fishy smell around the penal area, especially when I pull my foreskin back. There is some white flakes that are being formed also which I think is making the foreskin stick to the penis really tight. It doesn't seem to hurt, but it gets a tad bit itchy at times. Could you suggest something for this?

Thanks for the query. Thats a very limited description to make any comments. I suggest you to see a dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment plan. Delaying may not be a good option unless you know what the diagnosis is. Hope it helps you.
