I think i have got some infection on my penis, the opening is a bit swollen type, redness is there, itching and a little bit pain while urinating, and while opening it, the skin has become tight. Is this is a case of balanitis, if yes, then what kind of doctor should i visit, and are there some home remedies or some ointment that could be used ?
