I am diagnosed with Pemphigus Vulgaris via a Biopsy in Jan2018. Am currently taking 30mg Prednisolone and 25mg Azathioprine to control the symptoms which are mainly in my oral cavity (gums). Doctor is recommending Rituximab, which according to her has received better response from patients as compared to immunosuppressants. However, it is costly. I read that Rituximab is offered for recurring cases and when patients are not responding well to immunosuppressants. I would like a second opinion pls
