Thanks for the query. You need to meet a good Dermatologist to have a proper diagnosis. It could be pemphigus or a skin condition mimicking it. Once the diagnosis is ascertained, proper treatment can be initiated. There is a DIF available and can be done if your Dermatologist feels the necessity.
