Is anteverted and bulky in size. It measures 10.8 x 8.7 x 6.3 cms in size. Myometrial echotexture is smooth and homogenous. Multiple fibroids are noted largest measuring 4.6 x 3.8 cms in posterior and right lateral wall intramural, 4.1 x 3.2 cms in anterior wall intramural and 4.5 x 3.4 cms in left lateral wall subserosal. How i can cure?
