Pelvic pain and backache during pregnanc

Hello mam, I am 28 weeks pregnant now and having too much backache at upper right side. And at the same point in ache is front side also. I am working so i Mostly sit around 8.5 hr. Please tell me is this normal? One more thing when I sleep I have pain in my pelvic area during night so please suggest for the same also.
