Pelvic cramping with no menstrual bleed

I had a bilateral salpingectomy in May 2016. My average menstrual cycle is 32-36 days along. It is day 39 and I have yet to have a menstrual bleed. I have the other typical symptoms: bloating, cramping, back pain, tender breasts. I have taken two pregnancy tests and they were both negative. Is it possible I am pregnant or is something else going on?

If you had bilateral salpingectomy then there is very less chance of pregnancy. Take castor oil 50 ml in morning with hot water and you will get loose motions on the same day and periods within a week. If no periods then consult gynecologist.
