Is it ok to use one spoon Pegmove powder daily for over a year? Or does it have any side effects? Not using it makes initial stool hard

Try other methods like Maintain Hydration High fibre diet Daily exercise .. .taking laxative or purgative medicines for a long time  can create other effects in body
