Hello, I have been a victim of this pebble stone acne since over a decade. But initially it was only on the chin area but now it get worst wearing mask and spending under nose area. Tried laser, but reapperaed. Tried topical creams but no use. Tested blood for some allergy or intolerance but nothing found. Have tried may treatments one the years but nothing actually has shown steady results. Attached photo for your reffernce. Kindly help. Thanks
