Hello there...I can understand your concern. Pearly penile papules can be anything from modified sebaceous glands (tysons glands), Fox Fordyce disease, molluscum contagiosum, genital warts. The first two conditions are usually asymptomatic. They don't need any treatment. Whereas the other two will need treatment. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
