........... last week i had hba1c rest & range is 5 .7..dat means i am diabetic?? can i eat rice? pls clarfy me .....

Hello..... 5.7 is normal value ... Above 7 is considered diabetic... It gives idea on status of blood glucose of last 3 months ...if you want to know your present Blood glucose level get FBS and PPBS levels done... Insulin resistance is present in pcos.... .........
