I faced heavy menstruation for 2 consecutive months then the blood test report shows that my tsh hormone level was elevated to 7.2 so according to a doctor friend's advice I am taking thyroxine sodium 25mcg tablets.do so my next menstruation cycle would be ok or do I need to take any hormonal treatment also? I am concerned because as far as I know there are many side effects of hormonal treatment such as weight gain and etc. Please suggest me the correct way??
