It's a normal growing follicle.
Usually it grows by 1.5 to 2 mm per day depending on the stimulation protocol driven your doctor.
In this manner it will increase gradually and then ruptures.
This is seen by serial ultrasound scans of a follicular study.
In a natural cycle, with regular periods this is not normal as I would expected a follicle larger. Unless you have irregular cycles in which case the results are acceptable.
