Hi, I was diagonised with pcos 3yrs ago and my periods were very irregular(once in 5-6months) ive been using regestrone from these many years as per my doctor's prescription. I then stopped using it as many suggested me not to use it. It has been 6 months I didnt get my period. Is there any other  way to regulate my period? If there is so, please help me out. Thank you :)
