We have to treat the patient and not Usg report. Get hormonal profile done. Amh is very useful. Pcod can be seen on usg even after treatment. All Pcod seen on usg don't need to be treated. We have to seen ur symptoms and correlate with blood tests. Don't worry. It is a simple problem and can be managed easily. Best wishes.

Hi there i understand your concern... You should continue medications for few more months to see significant change....You should decrease carbohydrate intake, take foods made-up of whole grains like whole wheat bread, Decrease fat intake and increase protein content. Take high fiber diet, fruits, vegetables but avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes. Take plenty of water avoid sugar drinks....once the cycles regularised you can try for pregnancy... Consult nearest gynecologists they will do the needful.
