Irregular periods & after 3 months I got my period & it continued for 2 weeks. There was on & off spotting for another 2 weeks. I consulted Gynec & she said it is hormonal imbalance mostly due to stress & can lead to PCOD & pregnancy issues. I want to take time off from work & get my health on track. My employer asked for a medical certificate for it. Are medical certificates issued for symptoms of PCOD? I can't wait to actually get PCOD because of stress & then take time-off. Please advice.
