After married i treated 3 months for pcod problem n after 3 months i get pregnant but after 40 days i misse it n do the abortion later then after 15months i again treated for the same problem n get pregnant but this time i got ectopic gestation.so with laser it was operated n dictor has removed my one tube 8 months before...but again my problem of menstrual pcod was as it is...so suggest me what to do now...n how to overcome with this problem ...

PCOD u cant remove. we can modify disease with life style modification. start ur fertility treatment. in ur case chance of pregnancy is already reduced to 50% due to removal of one tube so don't delay. start ovulation induction and monitoring asap.
