Pcod planning for pregnancy

Pcod planning for pregnancy from last 3 years. Was under medication. Also I have conceived in 2017 but there was no heart beat visible in 8 to 10 weeks.. then in Ultra sound there was a blood collection near the sac and i started bleeding heavily.. Dr. has suggested tht it was a molar pregnancy and to treat this there has to be surgery dilution n sucction evacuation.. so again planning to conceive
