I am 24 yrs and have irregular menses.was on krimson 35 for quite sometime to manage the symptoms like hirsutism,acne and regulate the cycle.switched to ayurveda whivh failed to induce periods.taken deviry twice.please suggest how can i maintain a healthy cycle.
