Pcod and hairfall

I am a pcod patient and lil overweight and i used to take fincar and meprate for more than 1 yr. Then my gynaec stopped my medicines and then also my periods tend to come but the cycle was not normal. My hair fall started badly and doc advised me to take oral aldactone and redenser for topical use. I have more than normal AMH. I used to have very thick hair but now my partition diameter is increasing. Hairfall is occuring not in patch but from all areas. I think redenser is not working for me. Aldactone used to work. Should i go for topical minoxidil+finasteride?
