Patient with hemispheric cva is a kind of medical emergency.. need to be  treated  as soon as possible... as according to ur point u already are under physiotherapy treatment...   as the patients complain of   speech problem...  difficulting in  half side of the body.... the only best outcome is to get treated by a trained proffesional
