Patchy pigmentation
Hi, I've suddenly gotten a few small dark patches on my underarms 3-4 days ago. I've not used any new products on my skin (but have relocated a week ago). The patches are not getting darker or lighter as of now.
What could be the probable cause for it and what precautions should I take to not let this worsen
