Hi , Kindly help me with my skin issue in my face , My nose has got black , also there are red patches on some areas like eyebrow , I have tried cetaphil and other tubes but still the same . It even gets dry and dead skin forms on the nose .  And also have small spots or boils all over the face Pls find the attached photo for your reference
