Hello, My friend having pain in her left side of lower abdomen and at the same time she gets pain in her left leg keen , and also she is facing problem in passing urine she passes urine drop by drop very slow even after passing urine within few min she again  urge to use washroom but it ends in passing urine very little. She also has this gastric issue and her bowl movement is also not regular. What is the above indication and any home remedies.
